Summary:The study presented in the article is intended to contribute to the solution of the important problem of social adaptation of a person at the stages of professional development and improvement. In this regard, a number of questions arise in front of the modern system of vocational education related to the effectiveness of work in the field of interaction of all subjects of vocational education. Development of personal mindfulness is an important task of personal development. The problem of development of mindfulness is a key aspect of personal development. The concept of “Mindfulness” as a set of process and result (“mindfulness”) of the integration of information potential, manifested as an integral structure of individual integration potentials in the individual free consciousness. The aim of the work is to develop and test the IAI method (introspective analysis of interpersons) of human life, which is an innovative tool for monitoring research of professional and pedagogical problems and tasks, as well as a starting point for creating a unified system for developing awareness to prevent intrapersonal and interpersonal conflicts. The results of the study showed that in the process of applying the method of IAI (introspective analysis of interpersonal) the level of understanding of pedagogical requirements increased, manifested clear forms of conscious behavior. Relationships between people in the experiment are based on a conscious perception of the partner’s personality, with a clear understanding of the communicative purpose, full responsibility for the communicative process and a firm intention to solve the communicative tasks.
