Summary:A case of bronchial infection with Mammomonogamus laryngeus in a 17-year-old man in Central Thailand is described. Some aspects of Mammomonogamus laryngeus infection related to human parasitism, diagnosyic and the approach, treatment, and prophylaxis are also discussed.
