Summary:This article is dealing with Romanian electoral system from a different perspective analyzing those technical and legal components of an electoral law which are neglected in classical perspectives regarding electoral systems showing that the Government changes very often the electoral laws trying to ensure an institutional dominance over the other competitors. In other words not the electoral results are on spot but the way that drives these outcomes.
