Summary:The present paper deals with two rare epiphytic orchids of India, viz. Saccolabiopsis pusilla (Lindl.) Seidenf. & Garay and Oberonia gammiei King & Pantl., the former being known only from 2-3 states of India were collected for the first time in Andaman Islands. Both the orchids form new distributional records for Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Also, the collection of Saccolabiopsis forms a new generic record for the Islands. The present paper provides detailed description of the species, phenology, distribution along with  photographs.
