Summary:The article presents analysis of land reforms in China. The country possessing 1/15 of world arable land should feed 1/5 of world population. Due to the growth of food lack it is necessary to use land reserses rationally. Special role played the land issue in China. The land was given to peasant family. In Chinese agro-industrial complex was made change to diversification system that has different property forms with dominant public property. Authors also analyze the country's experience in cooperation as the fact of concentration of land and other means of production and last reform in agriculture.
