Summary:Domentian, by far the greatest ideologist of the Serbian medieval country, created the idea of the Holy Trinity - 'three saints chosen by God'. In this concept he included Saint Simeon Mirotocivi, Saint Sava and Saint Stefan the First Crowned. This idea was shown and elaborated in 'Zitije Sv. Save'. Even though he had mentioned it before, he accentuated and elaborated it while crowning Saint Stefan the First Crowned. He compared the three Nemanjic's with three faces of God and also with Saint Jovan Krstitelj, and Virgin Mary. Apostles and Domentian himself did not get back to this idea anymore neither in 'Zitije Sv. Save', nor later in 'Zitije Sv. Simeona'. Other authors, Tehodosie and Danilo the Second, did not mention it as well. The impression, that this idea was created and developed only by the need to give legitimacy to the crowning of Stefan, is still present.
