Summary:The multi-body contact model and dynamics model for flexible bearings are established based on the Ansys Workbench software, and the stress and deformation of flexible bearings are analyzed under the conditions of assembly stress and external load. The fatigue life of the inner and outer rings of flexible bearings is analyzed based on the nCode-Designlife software. In addition, orthogonal experiments are designed to explore the relationship between mechanical characteristics and three design parameters of flexible bearings. The results show that the fatigue weak area of the inner ring is located at the outer face of the long shaft, while the outer ring is located at the contact area between the ball and the channel at the long shaft; the maximum radial deformation has a significant effect on the stress of the inner and outer rings. Reducing radial deformation in a certain range and controlling the number of balls are helpful to reduce stress and improve life, which provides reference for the design of flexibl
