Summary:This work brings a revision of the physical principles of the turbine Tesla with plain discs, a device invented for creative Croatian engineer Nicola Tesla. Among the usual applications of machines that they use rotations, this type of turbine is very interesting when if it needs compact units, as it is the case of the electric energy generation in isolated places. Emphasize also that a unit can works with a variety of fuels or fluid. After a brief description relative to movement in rotate surfaces, describing the transport equations for the movement between rotate parallel discs, presents a simple analysis of the tensions in such discs and its lock elements that prevent the relative movement between them.
