Summary:China's economy has shifted from high-speed growth to high-quality development. Building a green, low-carbon and clean energy system with renewable energy as the main body is an important strategic direction of China's energy development. Marine energy is an important part of China's energy security. Comprehensive development of marine energy and active exploration of integrated development of marine energy are important means to promote the realization of the “dual carbon” goal. At the same time, the comprehensive development of marine energy will also optimize the energy structure of China's coastal provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government) and promote the development of related industrial chains.
