This article summarized the nursing cooperation of Chinese medicine paste combined with nibbling debridement and dressing change in the treatment of a patient with carbuncle. On the basis of infection control, blood glucose regulation, pain management and Traditional Chinese medicine nursing, a combination of internal and external treatment (Chinese medicine paste combined with nibbling debridement and dressing change) was carried out to relieve the patient's symptoms and improve the wound healing. (本文总结1例有头疽患者的护理管理体会, 在控制感染、调控血糖、疼痛管理、中医调护的基础上, 应用中药贴敷联合蚕食清创换药法内外兼顾, 有效改善患者症状, 促进伤口痊愈。)
