Summary:In the paper positive infl uence of analytical and numerical methods application in management of difficult processes in modern social and economic systems is marked. Application of the methods of the research based on mathematical modeling and numerical experiments is capable to provide the effective decision of all these problems. In this context the author suggests to develop within the limits of the Academy of sciences of Moldova the program of researches in the fi eld of mathematical modeling use having the purpose to create till 2020 in various branches of national economy the automated systems and information-modeling systems of designing, management and operation of various objects, based on short and long-term forecasts which can be received with the help of the mathematical modeling and numerical experiments. Also the author believes that the most suitable institution for the coordination and implementation of this program is the institute of mathematics and computer science of the Academy of sciences of Moldova which has remarkable results in this area in a context of researches and the elaborations stipulated by this program. Other divisions and departments of the Academy of sciences could fi nd the place in this program as well.
