Summary:Influence of small doses irradiation on Hormoconis resinae 61 and 801, which were isolated from inner location of Shelter and clean area accordingly polyphenoloxidase and tyrosinase activity and melanin synthesis were studied. Considerable changes of polyphenoloxidase and tyrosinase activity investigated strains were shown, which depended on fungi growth phase and the presence of radioadaptive properties. Melanin synthesis activation under exposure of radiation was shown predominantly of strain isolated from inner location of Shelter.
