Summary:The review presents a clinical expert meta-analysis of compliance with the basic requirements for safety and efficacy Of subunit influenza vaccine containing polymer Polyoxidonium (PO) as an adjuvant (PO-AG). The results of the meta-analysis convincingly demonstrate that a reduced HA dose in combination with the adjuvant PO is safe and low reactogenic and induces a humoral immune response comparable to that of other inactivated vaccines without adjuvant. PO-AG is safe and effective vaccine against influenza.
