Summary:Objective To investigate the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) five-tone music therapy and Wu Qin Xi exercise in nursing of patients with cervical spondylosis. Methods Totally 82 patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, with 41 cases in each group. All patients received routine treatment and TCM nursing, and those in the observation group were given five-tone music therapy based on TCM syndrome differentiation combined with Wu Qin Xi exercise and humanistic nursing interventions. The intervention effect, score of Evaluation Scale for Cervical Vertigo (ESCV) and patient satisfaction with nursing service were measured and compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of intervention was 95. 12%(39/41)in the observation group, which was higher than 80. 05%(33/41)in the control group(P<0. 05).
