Summary:This study aimed to understand what scholars think about the offer and relevance of the Brazilian Education and Public Policy Organization for the process of teacher education of undergraduate students of a federal public higher education institution. The study also sought to understand the level of student interest in political issues and their involvement and experience in school life in collective decision-making spaces. From the faculties of Portuguese/ French, Portuguese/English, Portuguese/Literature, Mathematics, Physics, Physical Education, Pedagogy and Chemistry; and students of the Bachelor’s Degree in History, 52 students participate.
