CONCLUSION: Surgical treatment yields good results in this type of internal saphenous nerve lesion, and could be useful as an alternative to conservative treatment.OBJETIVO: Apresentar lesões raras do nervo safeno interno interno, que muitas vezes, simulam doenças vasculares dos membros inferiores.
