Nursing of a patient with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy treated by Huolong cupping and moxibustion technology (火龙罐综合灸技术治疗神经根型颈椎病1例的护理体会)

This paper summarized the effect of Huolong cupping and moxibustion technology in treating a patient with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, and summarized related nursing measures. Based on the traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation, the Huolong cupping and moxibustion technology on selected acupoint and meridians was applied. Holistic nursing interventions on daily life, exercise, dietary and mental health were carried out during the treatment. The Huolong cupping and moxibustion technology combined with holistic nursing are effective to relieve the neck and shoulder pain, numbness of arm and other symptoms of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. (本文总结1例采用火龙罐综合灸技术治疗本神经根型颈椎病患者的护理体会。基于中医辨证, 选取针对性的穴位和经络进行火龙罐综合灸技术治疗, 同时配合生活运动、饮食、情志等整体护理治疗, 协助患者进一步认知自身疾病, 有效改善患者颈肩疼痛、手臂麻木等症状。)
