Objective To investigate the problems existing in the work and study of refresher doctors in the Department of ultrasound in Peking Union Medical College Hospital(PUMCH) through questionnaire, in order to achieve precise management. Methods Refresher doctors in the department of ultrasound in PUMCH from April 2009 to September 2017, were asked to fill an electronic questionnaire on the WeChat platform. The questionnaire included gender, age, the professional title, the educational background, the grade of the hospital, the goal of the study, the satisfaction rate of teaching programs and job arrangement, the gains of the study and self-evaluation, etc. According to the educational background, professional title or grade of the hospital, they were divided into different groups. The differences of goals, satisfaction rate of teaching programs and job arrangement, main gains, number of articles and new technologies among different groups were analyzed.
