Summary:Aortic dilation disease, represented by aortic dissection and aortic aneurysm, is the most dangerous disease in vascular surgery. The pathogenesis of this disease is not very clear. Single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) technology can study cell heterogeneity and identify new cell states and populations at the single cell level, which provides a new tool for studying the occurrence and development mechanism of aortic disease.
