Summary: | In article are described results of own supervision over patients pigmental by the form lichen ruber planus (LP) which is the atypical form of defeat of a skin and mucous membranes. Modern methods of research have allowed the author to approach from new positions to studying pigmental LP and to define a role tissue changes in pathogenesis of dermatosis. By the author it is studied clinical, pathomorphology and immunohistochemical features pigmental forms LP. Under supervision was 10 patients with pigmental form LP. The analysis of results of the lead morphological researches the amazed skin has revealed infringement of processes keratinisation, dystrophic and proliferation changes in epidermis, inflammatory changes in derma, presence except lymphohistiocytes elements, and numerous melanophags with the considerable maintenance of a pigment in cytoplasm. At carrying out immunohistochemical researches by the author it is obtained following data: Significant amount CD68 + cages macrophagals a number in a zone expressed infiltrations of derma, typical granularical cytoplasmatic character of colouring. On the basis of the lead researches it is possible to approve, that diagnostics pigmental forms LP which differs clinical polymorphism, that should be based on complex studying macro-and microscopic picture of defeat in view of specific features dermatosis, that will allow different to approach to questions of purpose of treatment. |
