Summary:The high-quality development of the marine industry is of great significance to the development of China's marine economy. This article defines the high-quality development of the marine industry based on the theory of resource value, and explores the relationship between the value of marine resources and the high-quality development of the marine industry. It describes innovation, coordination, green, development, and sharing, and analyzes the models of high-quality development of the marine industry. Based on the analysis of obstacles to enhancing the value of marine resources, this article proposes measures to promote the high-quality development of the marine industry.
