SCIENCE AND POWER: TRENDS OF INTERACTION IN RUSSIAN PROVINCE IN 1920-1930 (THE CASE OF THE NORTH CAUCASUS)

The article describes the trend of interaction between government and science at the stage of institutionalization. On the example of the North Caucasus shows the influence of the state on the development of space science in the region, especially its formation and development in 1920-1930.
