Summary: | Due to the fracture failure problem of electric connection spring of some aeronautical signal light in the marine environment and the restriction of raw materials due to import factors, the security of the national major equipment supply chains are threatened. Composition and mechanical properties of material are analyzed by means of field emission scanning electron microscope (SEM), material substitution analysis, and the domestic material 06Cr19Ni9 is selected as replacement of Japanese piano wire (SWP) and British system stainless steel wire. Then experiments and tests of system-level key performance such as fatigue life and corrosion resistance to marine salt spray environment are studied after the structural design and production manufacturing with the domestic material.The results show that the electric connection spring made of domestic 06Cr19Ni9 can make through the corrosion test of GJB 150.11A and the ultimate fatigue life is more than 300 000 cycle times.
