It is necessary doing it order by order in the energy expansion. We renormalizate the effective field theory that describe the QCD at low energies until order  p4. By means the technique the background field method are obtained the twelve constant that appear in the effective lagrangian. Obtaining the renormalizate effective theory of QCD until order  p4.
