Summary:Transcription factor AP-2γ regulates not only the genetic procedures that control the proliferation and differentiation of trophoblast cells during early embryonic development, but also is the key target in the development of breast cancer, lung cancer, testicular cancer, melanoma and pancreatic cancer, thus affecting the occurrence and development of tumors. Therefore, paying attention to the regulatory mechanisms of AP-2γ in the occurrence and development of malignant tumors may provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of tumors.
