The standardized training of residents in the Department of Ultrasound Medicine plays a key role in the continuing education of medical students and specialists after graduation. In recent years, as graduate students, the students who have just graduated and also social people are included in the standardized training of residents in the Department of Ultrasound Medicine, they have encountered some problems, such as uneven quality of trainees, lack of individualization of training Objectives, insufficient methodology for implementation and management, etc. This paper discusses the specific contents of the construction of standardized training system in the Department of Ultrasound Medicine, including cultural construction, curriculum construction, process assessment, and faculty development and so on. We can create our own characteristics in the standardized training of residents in the Department of Ultrasound Medicine through measures such as integrating curriculum and other resources, optimizing the applic
