Objective To investigate the application value of intellectualized double-check system combined with fine management in management of hazardous chemicals in the operating room. Methods The management information of 4163 products of hazardous chemicals in the operating room were analyzed. According the sequence of time, a routine management mode was adopted in the management of 2013 products of hazardous chemicals (as control group), between July and September2021 and intellectualized double-check system combined with fine management was conducted in management of 2150 products of hazardous chemicals (as study group )between September and December 2021. The rates of correct total count, accurate inbound and outbound, timely procurement and accurate registration were measured and compared between two groups. Results The rates of correct total count, accurate inbound and outbound, timely procurement and accurate registration in the study group were higher than those in the control group, respective (P＜0. 01).
