Summary:The paper aims at describing a student booklet using architectural drawings and graphics as a didactic tool in support of the teaching process of architect trainees. A theoretical framework explains architectural concepts, patterns and professional documents, collected from reference documents and interviews to professors and employers. The aim is to face trainees’ shortcoming in working graphic representation and projects. The finding is a booklet describing patterns, architectural drawing notions. The booklet is a guide to trainees for project design in construction, and remodeling of buildings.
