Summary:Over the last decades, the emphasis on human resources has grown considerably, companies understanding that human resources represent the main capital at their disposal and that they must capitalize on as much as possible to increase organizational performance. The present article analyzes the way in which human resources can be motivated by non-financial means so that the involvement of employees is constant, continuously increasing, thus ensuring benefits from the perspective of the results obtained, these, in turn, contributing to the increase of organizational performance.
