Summary: | Introduction: the development of the abilities of the students of Medicine in the Rotational Boarding school of Surgery is important for the professional acting of the same ones, eleven graduate of the career of Medicine, due to the necessity of acquiring the enough abilities and necessary values, ace the humanity and solidarity, among other abilities that characterize the personnel of health in Cuba. Objective: to design to pedagogic strategy for the development of abilities in the Rotational Boarding school of Surgery. Materials and Methods: to pedagogic strategy was designed for the development of the abilities of the students of the Rotational Boarding school of Surgery, in the University Hospital Miguel Enriquez. In the qualitative carried out investigation the theoretical and empiric methods were used that allowed to it explores 33 theoretical-practical abilities and 6 you value in 134 students. Ace measure summary for the qualitative variable was obtained the absolute frequency and the percentage. Results: the pedagogic designed strategy fulfilled the requirements of flexibility, and it favored changes transformers in the ways of working of the participants, with to high index of satisfaction. Conclusions: the pedagogic designed strategy is feasible in the actions carried out for the development of abilities in the students, ace well ace in the acquisition of values in its formation.
Objetivo: diseñar una estrategia pedagógica para el desarrollo de habilidades en el Internado Rotatorio de Cirugía. Materiales y Métodos: se diseñó una estrategia pedagógica para el desarrollo de las habilidades de los estudiantes del Internado Rotatorio de Cirugía, en el Hospital Universitario Miguel Enríquez. En la investigación cualitativa realizada se emplearon los métodos teóricos y empíricos, que permitió explorar 33 habilidades teórico-prácticas y 6 valores en 134 estudiantes. Como medida resumen para las variables cualitativas se obtuvo la frecuencia absoluta y el porcentaje. Resultados: la estrategia pedagógica diseñada cumplió con los requisitos de flexibilidad y favoreció cambios transformadores en los modos de accionar de los participantes, con un índice de satisfacción elevado. Conclusiones: la estrategia pedagógica diseñada es factible en las acciones realizadas para el desarrollo de habilidades en los estudiantes, así como en la adquisición de valores en su formación. |
