Summary: | Because of the agricultural activity of the human being, waste and subproducts are generated that negatively affect the environment. The aim of this work was to collect information on the production of plant products and the characteristics of the waste generated from this activity, as well as some proposals for their use. This review aims to show a panorama that serves as a starting point for the use of agronomic waste at the artisanal and industrial levels.
Como resultado de la actividad agropecuaria del ser humano, se generan residuos y subproductos que impactan de manera negativa en el ambiente. El objetivo de este trabajo fue recopilar información sobre la producción de productos vegetales y de las características de los residuos que se generan de esta actividad, así como algunas propuestas de aprovechamiento de los mismos. Esta revisión pretende mostrar un panorama que sirva como punto de partida para el aprovechamiento de residuos agronómicos tanto a nivel artesanal como industrial. |
