Summary:The current lack of a basic law of administrative procedure in the European Union poses problems of legal certainty. In relation to the Community administrative act, we are faced with the absence of a clear concept of act and, more importantly, with a system of invalidity with too many uncertainties. Through the analysis of positive law and community jurisprudence we will analyze the current state of the matter in order to try to arrive at a concept of administrative act and to outline, as far as possible, the categories of invalidity in European Union law. La carencia actual de una ley básica de procedimiento administrativo en la Unión Europea plantea problemas de seguridad jurídica. En relación con el acto administrativo comunitario, nos encontramos ante la ausencia de un concepto claro de acto y, lo que es más importante, ante un régimen de invalidez con demasiadas incertidumbres. Mediante el análisis del derecho positivo y de la jurisprudencia comunitaria analizaremos el estado de la cuestión en la actualidad para tratar de llegar a un concepto de acto administrativo y perfilar, en la medida de lo posible, las categorías de invalidez en el derecho de la Unión Europea.
