It finishes with some considerations of lege ferenda. Este trabajo se aproxima a los principales problemas que plantea el transporte colaborativo, en el contexto de la economía colaborativa, como son los de tipo conceptual y de diferenciación de modalidades, la valoración de sus efectos y consecuencias, y el régimen jurídico aplicable, a la vista del Derecho español y del de la UE, en su actual estado. Finaliza con algunas consideraciones de lege ferenda.
