Summary:The aim of this paper is to analyze the construction of the “internal enemy” under the police headquarters of Benigno M. Ardanaz by systematizing the “daily orders” delivered during 1974-1975. Although this leadership profoundly marked the police task as well as the social memory pre-dictatorship, this work focuses on the politics of the time in order to understand the mechanisms of violence prior to the 1976 coup in Rio Negro. El siguiente artículo analiza la construcción del “enemigo interno” a partir de la sistematización de las órdenes del día, como principal fuente, bajo la jefatura policial de Benigno M. Ardanaz. Si bien esta jefatura marcó profundamente el quehacer policial y la memoria social pre-dictadura, este trabajo busca entre sus objetivos principales desandar la política de la época para conocer los mecanismos de la violencia previas al golpe de 1976 en Río Negro.  Recibido: 14/4/2017 - Aprobado: 15/10/2017
