Summary: | In this paper we have analysed an
extensive corpus of written essays
produced by Greek candidates for the
Cervantes Institute DELE examinations,
in order to study and evaluate their
linguistic competence in Spanish as
a foreign language. The analysis of
the grammar, syntax and vocabulary
errors detected reveals a significant
L1 interference, while their statistic
processing permits us to determine
those areas that are proved to be
more problematic for Greek learners
of Spanish. We believe that our
conclusions might be of great help to
teachers of Spanish so they can design
their curriculum planning as well as
for the presentation of grammar in the
classroom, and at the same time, to the
students in order to help them avoid
fossilizing errors and wrong structures.
En este artículo hemos analizado un
corpus de redacciones pertenecientes
a la prueba escrita de los exámenes
DELE del Instituto Cervantes realizadas
por candidatos griegos, con el objetivo
de estudiar y evaluar su competencia
lingüística en ELE a través de los errores
gramaticales, sintácticos y léxicos que
se repiten. Subrayamos los puntos más
problemáticos de los estudiantes griegos,
de entre los que destaca una notable
interferencia de la L1, con el fin de crear
un corpus de errores, que permita al
profesor enfocar correctamente ciertos
aspectos gramaticales en su enseñanza
y al estudiante evitar la fosilización de
estructuras o usos erróneos de la lengua. |
