Summary:This article provides a philosophical overview of the foundations of the new political and cultural principles of international relations and is supported by an approach to returning to the idea of "Homo culturalis" - man as a cultural being serving as a new conceptual core and context of culture. Political phenomena, which represent the most important prerequisites for the transition to a changeable future in order to form a peaceful life, can become the basis for the development of mutually beneficial socio-cultural co-evolution on a global scale.
