Summary:The aim of this systematic review study is to examine the use of CBT in in dividuals with specificphobia. In this research, systematic compilation method was used and although it is not a field study, it does not contain any scale. Studies in Turkish and English were discussed and these studies cover research conducted between 2014-2024. These researches consist of academic studies on thesubject. This compilation study was repeated in two stages, in February, 2024 and May, 2024. 8 research articles were included in this study as a result of the literature review. As a result of these 8 studies examined, it was seen that CBT is a therapy method that increases clients' adaptation to therapy and accelerates thei rrecovery, and is an effective method in terms of achieving results in a short time. It was concluded that after CBT was applied to individuals with specific phobia, the symptoms mostly decreased or even disappeared. Therefore, CBT is an appropriate and effective method in the treatment of specificphobia. Keywords: phobia, specificphobia, cognitivebehavioraltherapy, review
