Summary:The purpose of this action research is to improve the teacher's ability to compile teaching modules in differentiated learning through workshops and mentoring at SMP Negeri 2 Mandiraja Even Semester in the 2022/2023 Academic Year. The subjects of this study were the target teachers who taught class VII, totaling 14 (fourteen) subject teachers. Workshops and mentoring have been proven to be able to improve teachers' abilities to develop teaching modules in differentiated learning at SMP Negeri 2 Mandiraja in the even semester of the 2022/2023 school year. The increase in the ability of the target teacher in compiling teaching modules is marked by an increase in the ability of the target teacher from pre-cycle to cycle II. In the pre-cycle it was known that the target teacher's ability to compose teaching modules reached the very good category of 4 people (28.6%), in cycle I it increased to 5 people (35.7%) and cycle II to 11 people (78.6%). The ability of the target teacher was in the good category, pre-cycle there were 5 people (35.7%), cycle I decreased to 4 people (28.6%), and cycle II there were 3 people (21.4%). The implementation of Differentiated Learning for target teachers in the even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year after the workshop and mentoring activities were carried out has increased. The ability of the target teacher in differentiated learning in cycle I was 4 (four) target teachers achieving the good category (28.6%), 8 (eight) target teachers achieving the sufficient category (57.1%) and 2 (two) teachers targets are still in the less category (14.3%). In cycle II it increased with the condition of the target teachers who reached the very good category 11 (eleven) people or 78.6%. Meanwhile, 3 (three) people or 21.4% of the target teachers had good abilities. ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian tindakan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru menyusun modul ajar pada pembelajaran berdiferensiasi melalui workshop dan Pendampingan di SMP Negeri 2 Mandiraja Semester Genap Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023. Subyek penelitian ini adalah guru sasaran yang mengajar kelas VII berjumlah 14 (empat belas)orang guru mata pelajaran. Workshop dan pendampingan terbukti dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru menyusun modul ajar pada pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di SMP Negeri 2 Mandiraja pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. Peningkatan kemampuan guru sasaran dalam menyusun modul ajar ditandai dengan peningkatan kemampuan guru sasaran sejak pra siklus sampai dengan siklus II. Pada pra siklus diketahui kemampuan guru sasaran menyusun modul ajar yang mencapai kategori amat baik 4 orang (28,6%) , pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 5 orang (35,7%) dan siklus II menjadi 11 orang (78,6%). Kemampuan guru sasaran dalam kategori baik, pra siklus terdapat 5 orang (35,7%), siklus I, turun menjadi 4 orang (28,6%), dan siklus II terdapat 3 orang (21,4%). Implementasi Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi pada guru sasaran di semester genap tahun pelajaran 2022/2023 setelah kegiatan workshop dan pendampingan dilaksanakan mengalami kenaikan. Kemampuan guru sasaran dalam pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada siklus I adalah 4 (empat) orang guru sasaran mencapai kategori baik (28,6%), 8 (delapan) orang guru sasaran mencapai kategori cukup (57,1%) dan 2 (dua) orang guru sasaran masih dalam kategori kurang (14,3%). Pada siklus II meningkat dengan keadaan guru sasaran yang mencapai kategori amat baik 11 (sebelas) orang atau 78,6%. Sedangkan 3 (tiga) orang atau 21,4% guru sasaran kemampuannya sudah baik.
