Summary:The article analyzes the concept of a local subject of proof in civil proceedings. The actual composition of the local subject of proof in the civil process is investigated. The author states that the actual composition of the disputed procedural legal relationship is considered as an element of the mechanism for determining the subject of proof. When performing a private duty of proof, it is the facts - the grounds for the commission of procedural actions and the facts - the grounds for objections against it that are proved.
