Summary:Cyprus culinary culture owes its richness to the geography in which it is located, historical events, its economic, ecological, cultural structure, traditions and customs, and its interaction with other universal cultures for centuries. A review study was conducted through document review, which is a qualitative research method, with the aim of contributing to the promotion of this rich culinary culture and preventing it from being forgotten. Written documents and unwritten television, which are secondary data types in the study, were obtained from social media reviews. In this context, written and visual sources such as Cypriot Cuisine recipe books, Cypriot folklore books, Turkish Cypriot oral dictionaries and social media Cypriot cuisine cooking program shots were examined and eating habits in Cypriot culinary culture, tools and kitchen equipment used with cooking methods specific to Cypriot cuisine, beliefs and sayings related to food, as well as prominent terms and concepts specific to Cypriot cuisine were compiled. Within the scope of the study, it is aimed to contribute to the expansion of the Cyprus gastronomy literature.
