Hubungan Lingkungan Sosial Terhadap Kepatuhan Melaksanakan Protokol Kesehatan 6M Covid-19 Pada Masyarakat Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Rajabasa Indah Bandar Lampung

ABSTRACT Corona virus are a large family of viruses that cause disease in humans and animals. In humans it can cause respiratory tract infections, ranging from the common cold to serious diseases such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). In order to overcome the transmission of COVID-19, prevention efforts are carried out, namely by implementing the 6M COVID-19 health protocol. However, based on the results of the survey, 7 (70%) out of 10 (100%) people did not comply in implementing the 6M COVID-19 health protocol. Knowing the relationship of the social environment to compliance with implementing the COVID-19 6M health protocol in the community working area of the Rajabasa Indah Health Center Bandar Lampung in 2021. This study uses a quantitative method using an observational analytical research design with a cross sectional approach. Sampling using accidental sampling technique with a sample of 214 samples / respondents with a questionnaire then analyzed using the Chi-Square test. The results of this study found that the distribution of the social environment from 214 respondents got the most, namely the social environment was not good as many as 116 (54.2%) respondents and the distribution of compliance was found to be the most obedient in implementing the 6M COVID-19 health protocol as many as 114 (53 ,3%) respondents. From the results of the Chi-Square test, p value = 0.000, means there is a significant relationship between the social environment and compliance with implementing the COVID-19 6M health protocol in the community working area of the Rajabasa Indah Health Center Bandar Lampung 2021. It is recommended for the community to continue to improve the social environment that is more and reminding each other to the surrounding community to remain obedient in using masks, washing hands 6 steps, maintaining distance, limiting mobility, and staying away from crowds.   Keywords: Social Environment, health protocol 6M COVID-19 ABSTRAK Coronavirus merupakan keluarga besar virus yang menyebabkan penyakit pada manusia dan hewan. Pada manusia dapat menyebabkan penyakit infeksi saluran pernapasan, mulai dari flu biasa hingga penyakit yang serius seperti Middle East Respiratory Syndrome(MERS) dan Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). Dalam rangka mengatasi penularan COVID-19 maka dilakukan upaya pencegahan yaitu dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan 6M COVID-19. Namun berdasarkan hasil presurvei didapatkan 7 (70%) dari 10 (100%) orang tidak patuh dalam melaksanakan protokol kesehatan 6M COVID-19. Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan lingkungan sosial terhadap kepatuhan melaksanakan protokol kesehatan 6M COVID-19 pada masyarakat wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rajabasa Indah Bandar Lampung tahun 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel mengunakan teknik accidental sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 214 responden dengan kuesioner selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi- Square. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, didapatkan distribusi lingkungan sosial dari 214 responden didapatkan yang paling banyak yaitu lingkungan sosial tidak baik sebanyak 116 (54,2%) responden dan distribusi kepatuhan didapatkan yang terbanyak patuh dalam melaksanakan protokol kesehatan 6M COVID-19 yaitu sebanyak 114 (53,3%) responden. Dari hasil uji Chi-Square diperoleh p value = 0,000 yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara lingkungan sosial terhadap kepatuhan melaksanakan protokol kesehatan 6M COVID-19 pada masyarakat wilayah kerja Puskesmas Rajabasa Indah Bandar Lampung 2021. Disarankan bagi masyarakat, tetap meningkatkan lingkungan sosial yang lebih baik lagi Serta saling mengingatkan pada masyarakat lingkungan sekitar agar tetap patuh dalam menggunakan masker, mencuci tangan  6 langkah, menjaga jarak, membatasi mobilitas, serta menjauhi kerumunan. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Sosial, Kepatuhan, Protokol Kesehatan 6M COVID-19
