Summary:The fashion industry is a dynamic sector with high consumer demand. However, it faces pressing environmental challenges. To address these issues, the implementation of sustainable business models is necessary. This research aims to identify sustainable business innovation strategies in the secondhand footwear fashion industry to increase consumer awareness and behavior towards environmentally friendly products. By using a case study of Sepatu Thrift Singapura by Lix as a digital fashion business, this research seeks to find creative ways to make this business more environmentally friendly, attract consumers, and optimize online sales. The results highlight the importance of innovative marketing strategies, sustainable supply chain management, and the utilization of digital technology.
