Alih Kode dan Campur Kode dalam Peristiwa Tutur Kompetisi Memasak Masterchef Indonesia Season 8

The purpose of this study is to describe the types of code switching in the speech event of the Masterchef Indonesia cooking competition season 8, describe the types of code mixing in the speech event of the Masterchef Indonesia cooking competition season 8, and describe the factors that cause code switching and code mixing in the speech event of the Masterchef Indonesia season 8 cooking competition. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The source of the data used in this study is speech events that occur in cooking competition shows on the Youtube channel MasterChef Indonesia and the data in this study are speeches from the jury and cooking participants of Masterchef Indonesia season 8. Data collection techniques in this study are watch techniques and note-taking techniques. The instrument in this research is the observation instrument. Data analysis techniques using insert and insert techniques. Presentation of the results of data analysis is done informally. Based on the results of the research conducted, found 44 speech data which are 6 internal code switching speech data, 13 external code switching speech data, 5 inner code mixing speech data, 18 outer code mixing speech data, and 2 hybrid code mixing speech data. The types of code switching is the form of a transition from Indonesian to a regional language or vice versa, from Indonesian to a foreign language, while the type of code mixing is the insertion of Indonesian, regional or foreign languages. ABSTRAK        Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan jenis alih kode dalam peristiwa tutur kompetisi memasak Masterchef Indonesia season 8, mendeskripsikan jenis campur kode dalam peristiwa tutur kompetisi memasak Masterchef Indonesia season 8 dan  mendeskripsikan faktor penyebab terjadinya alih kode dan campur kode dalam peristiwa tutur kompetisi memasak Masterchef Indonesia season 8. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah peristiwa tutur yang terjadi dalam tayangan kompetisi memasak pada saluran youtube MasterChef Indonesia dan data pada penelitian ini adalah tuturan dari dewan juri dan peserta memasak Masterchef Indonesia season 8. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik simak dan teknik catat. Instrument penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu instrument observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik lesap dan sisip. Penyajian hasil analisis data dilakukan secara informal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, ditemukan 44 data tuturan yang merupakan 6 data tuturan alih kode intern, 13 data tuturan alih kode ekstern, 5 data tuturan campur kode ke dalam, 18 data tuturan campur kode ke luar dan 2 data tuturan campur kode campuran. Jenis alih kode berupa peralihan dari bahasa Indonesia ke bahasa daerah atau sebaliknya, dari bahasa Indonesia ke bahasa asing sedangkan jenis campur kode berupa penyisipan bahasa Indonesia, bahasa daerah atau bahasa asing.
