Summary:In work was studying the effect of application the mezenkhimal stem cells (MSC) on thyroid system of rats with the induced autoimmune thyroiditis (AIT) is carried out. It was shown that the AIT modeling in rats leads to considerable violations of structure and the thyroid gland (ThG) function. It was defined that on early terms of research MSC directly influence a thyroid parenchyma, renewing its functional activity and preventing from gland hypofunction development. The AB TG levels, the main marker of intensity of autoimmune processes in ThG, remained raised, that can be evidence of autoimmune aggression processes stability. That is, in dynamics of experiment under influence MSC on the term of 7 days — 1 month positive progress are noted, however the complete recovery doesn’t occur. It was conclusion, that therapy by stem cells is the perspective direction for pathologies of ThG correction.
