Summary:It studied the effects of Phensuccinal and its I phase’s metabolites on carbohydrate metabolism and bioenergetic processes in rats. We found that Phensuccinal influence at effective dose proved to intensification of glycolysis and increased activity of energy metabolism key enzymes — succinatedehydrogenase and cytochrom–c–oxidase. We concluded that Phensuccinal active metabolites can made contribution to these changes considering one-pointedness of the effects under its isolated administration in equimolar doses
