Summary: | The purpose of this study was to describe the efforts of FIS UM students in building consumer trust. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive research. Informant aggregation used in snowball sampling technique. Data aggregation procedure comprised of data aggregation through observation, interview, and documentation. This research resulted that there are three efforts that college student's used to gain their consumer's trust, those are gave accurate information, provide high qualified goods, and utilize buyer's testimony.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan upaya mahasiswa FIS UM dalam membangun kepercayaan konsumen. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan informan yang digunakan yaitu teknik snowball sampling. Prosedur pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat ditemukan bahwa terdapat tiga upaya yang digunakan mahasiswa FIS UM untuk membangun kepercayaan konsumen yaitu memberikan informasi yang akurat, menyediakan barang yang berkualitas, dan menggunakan testimoni pembeli. |
