Summary: | This study aims to explain the teacher's performance in implementing the 2013 Curriculum at SMPN 04 Kepanjen. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The results of this study indicate that: First, the stage of making RPP made by the teacher is following the 2013 Curriculum, but some teachers do not make RPP and are only guided by the teacher's book when teaching. Second, social studies learning in the classroom, the teacher implements it in an integrated thematic way according to the student handbook. The implementation of the scientific approach is trying to be carried out by the teacher, although not all of it can be carried out in one meeting following the lesson plans that have been made. The assessment of student attitudes by the teacher is carried out during the KBM. Then the results of the assessment are submitted to the Religion teacher and PKN teacher for consideration, students' daily assignments and tests are used for knowledge assessment, while students' skills are assessed from portfolios and project assignments. The assessment is not carried out every time the meeting. Fourth, there are various problems felt by the teacher during implementation planning and evaluation, but the teacher tries to overcome these problems.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan kinerja guru dalam penerapan Kurikulum 2013 di SMPN 04 Kepanjen. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, tahap pembuatan RPP yang dibuat oleh guru sudah sesuai dengan Kurikulum 2013, namun terdapat guru tidak membuat RPP dan hanya berpedoman dengan buku guru saat mengajar. Kedua, pembelajaran IPS di kelas, guru melaksanakan dengan cara terpadu tematik sesuai buku pegangan siswa. Pelaksanaan pendekatan saintifik berusaha dilaksanakan oleh guru walaupun tidak seluruhnya dapat dilaksanakan dalam satu kali pertemuan sesuai dengan RPP yang telah dibuat. Penilaian sikap peserta didik oleh guru dilaksanakan pada saat KBM berlangsung. Kemudian hasil dari penilaian tersebut diserahkan kepada guru Agama dan guru PKN sebagai pertimbangan, tugas dan ulangan harian peserta didik digunakan untuk penilaian pengetahuan, sedangkan keterampilan siswa dinilai dari portofolio dan tugas proyek. Penilaian tersebut tidak dilaksanakan setiap kali pertemuan. Keempat, terdapat berbagai masalah yang dirasakan guru pada saat perencanaan pelaksanaan serta evaluasi , tetapi guru berusaha mengatasi masalah tersebut. |
