According to gender, most of the respondents were male (51.7%). The results showed a correlation between motivation and interest in a quality, healthy lifestyle (p-value = 0.001). A strong correlation was found between motivation and a healthy lifestyle (r=0.909  and the interest variable p-value = 0.000, so it can be concluded that both have a significant relationship with a healthy lifestyle.
