material by reducing of particle size with cation doping and carbon coating, etc. In here, we prepared nano-sized LVP/C composite materials with a high purity using a sol-gel method including a carbon coating and heat treatment process. As a result, nano LVP/C powders were obtained with calcination temperature of 750 ~ 900 °C. and the LVP/C material cells showed about 130 mAh/g in the range of 3.0 V to 4.3 V and 170 mAh/g in the range of 3.0 V to 4.8 V, approaching to the theoretical capacity. We will introduce lattice parameters calculated by Reitveld analysis and C-rate capacity with cycles on the samples in detail. |
