Summary:Abstract This paper presents the results of a study of the structural and dielectric properties of barium-strontium titanate (Ba 0.5 Sr 0.5 TiO 3 ) with a high concentration of doped manganese ions. It was found that upon the addition of manganese ions, the phase transition point shifts toward lower temperatures. A graph of the dependence of the ceramic lattice parameters on the concentration of manganese ions is presented. It is shown that with an increase in the sintering temperature of ceramics, the dielectric constant of the samples increases.
